Outlandish Loungewear Part II

On the subject of imaginary Coronet Weeds Vintage spending sprees, I love that I could get the ingredients to re-enact a very adorable version of a darling beach outfit I saw in a 1930s knitting pattern images:

I love the knit, although is hard to comprehend why one would wear a knitted hat on a beach. It surely looks good though, and I for one wouldn't mind this whole ensemble at all...
A similar hat was snatched from me on etsy a while ago because I sat on it for too long wondering if I could wear it or not (had yellow in it and yellow is not my friend). Well, somebody else questioned it less.
