Whatsoever Things are True

Perhaps because I spent 10 years of my adult life in university, around this time of year, I still get excited about the idea of back-to-school. Really, it's the preppy fall collegiate fashions that thrill me...and I will always be particularly smitten with vintage college fashions.  With all this in mind, my wonderful model, Charly, helped me create a bit of a mini-Look Book, containing items from my shop (or forthcoming to the shop).  These ensembles, which I styled and photographed, were inspired by vintage co-eds of the 40s, and shot at my own alma mater, the University of Alberta.  The title of the shoot (and this post) are derived from the U of A's motto, which, in Latin, is Quecumque Vera, "Whatsoever Things are True."
