It's Not That Easy Being Green

I've been sort of under the weather lately, but I wore my "new-to-me" vintage green cotton 30s dress yesterday, which perked me up a bit.  Oh, have you heard Andrew Bird's sweet version of "Bein' Green"?  It's so cute!

Thank you, darlings! Green is a tricky colour on me (I tend to have a sallow complexion), but I just fell for it, so I'll make it work :)

Yes, yes, dress envy!!! WHERE do you get these lovely things?? You look authentic in them, too, like you stepped right out of the 30's!

The 30s sure did know how to do prints, wow! Lovely dress. Hope you're feeling more 'above' the weather soon!

Devine picture! What is it about green in the 1930s ? Its the only decade I can think of that has a color all of its own !

Massive applause for this frock - green is my favourite colour and it's beautiful on you:)). Your hair is also looking particularly fetching today. I thought the knickers were 1930s but wasn't sure - I trust your thoughts on dating clothing though:)) xoxo
