Coming Up Roses

I have some lovely pics to post shortly of our little country drive, which led us to a lovely apple orchard in spring bloom, but my camera is misbehaving.  In the mean-time, let's stop and smell the roses, shall we?

and that is something that i literally do, usually in the street since we don't have a garden, so i imagine people must think i'm barking crazy...

Ah, i just love the smell of roses, they're so beautiful. I like to get on all fours and stick my face in the flower bushes, you get the best smell that way i think! Even if you do look a little strange...

Me too, me too. I try to smell most flowers, actually. Even daffodils, which I know don't really have a smell, but I'm really stubborn and keep hoping I'll detect a beautiful perfume. Tea roses are definitely the best.

I love this image so much. I stare at it...a lot!

Some daffodils actually have a rather strong perfume... so keep trying! :)
