I was planning a more upbeat post, but had to take a moment to mark the passing of a tv icon: as a kid, I watched the show Happy Days almost every afternoon after school. I was SO sad to hear of the passing of Tom Bosley, who played Mr. Cunningham (a.k.a, Mr. C). In memory, I bring you one of my favourite videos EVER: Weezer's "Buddy Holly," starring the cast of Happy Days. A happy and spry Mr. C appears around 0:48. I would have posted something more directly Happy Days related, but couldn't find much! And time marches on...

Oh, sad news...Happy Days was a tradition for me too. I haven't heard this Weezer song in ages!
I had never actually seen that video before, but the sound of it alone made my husband run in from the other room.
Time does, indeed, march on. Happy Days was a HUGE part of my life when I was growing up. He shall be sadly missed.

Oh, I didn't know Tom Bosley had died. I used to watch Happy Days too, it was on over here in England I tried not to miss an episode. I loved it. Hey!
Saw Henry Winkler on TV over here a while back, think he was doing panto here. He still looks cute even with the grey hair.
