Oh! Our camping trip is delayed a day due to rain. Rainy days give way to interesting little fashion shows and feeble attempts at digital art photography chez Baroness. My excuse: I have to go to a dinner at a rather posh golf and country club this month and am still deciding what to wear...I had bought this incredible gown and capelet/jacket set from exquisitebones specifically for the occasion, but all too recently le baron told me he found out it's not going to be as formal as we thought, so I may have to save this beauty for another time. Still, I kinda like how this photo turned out (look! I have three arms!). I'll explain the braided headband some other time...

That is an amazing dress and it looks wonderful on you. I might wear it any way, even if the event isn't as formal as you expected.
How very elegant. Love the pastel blue color.

The gown (and that color) is stunning on you!
Oh my, that looks exquisite on you. Shame it won't have an outing yet, though I'm sure you will find something equally as marvellous to dazzle us with!x
I love it! Speaking of Wallis (not that I'm listening), it looks rather "Wallis blue"
I love the ice blue colour and I'm envious of yet another one of your dress/capelet combos! :)
Lovely picture! The gown is just to die for. I love the color!
Stunning!
Oh my goodness, that gown is just stunning, and it looks amazing on you! I'm dreadfully jealous, I wish I could pull off those icy colors.
I can't wait to see what you decide to wear. :)
Thanks, all!! I've always steered clear of ice blues like this, but I took a chance and am happily surprised it doesn't completely wash me out like many pastels do!
Em: maybe I should indeed just dare to be different and go with this gown. Decisions, decisions!
Leilani, clearly I have a 30s capelet combo obsession.
