Fort Edmonton Fun Day

A couple of weekends ago, my pal Erin and I spent the day touring Fort Edmonton Park on its opening day. What a whole lot of old fashioned fun!  Here are a few snaps of the day:

Outfit:
1930s knitted sporty sweater: etsy
1930s crocheted hat: minesies
1930s style skirt: nudeedudee
Red 'siesta' shoes: Miss L Fire

  1. Must be so great to have a like minded friend to go to such events with! Great to see short sleeve/open toe friendly weather too, something we are certainly looking forward to here in the UK, and it looks like you found the perfect car to go with your outfit :!

  5. Looks like a grand time, and I love that sweater. Is that the little hat that was once in your shop? I couldn't get rid of it if I was you either!

  6. How terrifically fun! This has always been one of the spots that I'd most love to see should I ever have the great pleasure of being in Edmonton.

You both look fantastic - if you converted that snap of you in front of the car to B&W, I bet it would look strikingly like a genuine vintage photo.

  10. It looks like an amazing day! A 1920's carnival would be absolute magic as far as I'm concerned.
