Montreal Marvels, Part One

Montreal was so marvellous! I got to see some amazing historical architecture, eat some sinfully fabulous food, and meet my vintage-loving friends Ernest the Vintage Bloke and his "amie" Veronique!

  3. I DID have a wonderful time. MANY more photos which I may share haha.

Beth, I took French from grades 7-12 and then took language, translation, and french literature courses in uni, so technically, yes I am fluent now, but my verbal skills definitely got a boost from this trip because no one in my family or friend circles speaks French, so I have not had occasion to use my studies until now. Apparently, some francophones were pleasantly surprised by my advanced vocab and my "cute" accent for an Anglophone speaking French LOL :)
