| I had to try out my 1930s Jantzen wool bathing suit. Verdict: there is NO support up top and it is a little too short in the torso for me, so it's great for vintage photos, but not for active swimming. The wool is also a little scratchy, but it didn't stretch out of shape at all! |
Love these snapshots! Interesting to know about the vintage suit too--I've always wondered how it would be to wear a wool swimsuit to swim in! ;)

ReplyDeleteI've always wondered about those scratchy wet wool suits, and how the women back then could bear to wear them for very long. I suppose it just takes a little getting used to.
I am enjoying these vacation photos SO much! You certainly have a good eye for setting up a photo and posing; you make you and the clothing look fabulous, while capturing the mood perfectly. I feel as though I'm right there with you!
