It'll be interesting so see if anything at Milan or Paris helps turn it into a full-blown trend - if the shops fill up with stuff with a 1910s-1930s feel, I'll be a happy camper.Mimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01578612522819952936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5465295746865231888.post-67369368176890173452012-02-18T14:31:45.191-05:002012-02-18T14:31:45.191-05:00I've got some brown pinstripe worsted in my fa...I've got some brown pinstripe worsted in my fabric stash, I can feel a suit coming on. Things seem to elude what what nice about the 20's garconne look but to bring in some 70's garishness instead. Oh well. Still, not all is bad and I wouldn't mind at all a couple of pieces from the collection, but I would go a different way about wearing them, mixing them. The good thing about collections like this is the fact that they create trends that filter down to the more affordable clothing for everyone. yet the trouble is that if you buy at the height of the trend you end up paying a lot for dubious quality. At the moment is very difficult to find a blasted fair isle vest at a decent price. I have to wait for a trend to die out before I can buy, which renders me forever unfashionable.:)garofithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18065577910797773138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5465295746865231888.post-48436025877428092852012-02-17T22:37:58.941-05:002012-02-17T22:37:58.941-05:00Those vests are amazing!
